This fifteen second Flash animation from NORML touting the economic benefits of marijuana legalization was too objectionable to CBS, who canceled NORML's contract to place the ad on the giant "Super Billboard" in Times Square. But yet they have no problem putting up ads about black babies being an endangered species. Not only is that not supported by any facts, it is based on one of the most political and divisive issues in America today.
CBS rejects NORML legalization billboard, but accepts "Black Children are an Endangered Species" anti-abortion billboard

Besides the fact that black babies are a species in of itself. Black babies are part of the human species along with every other human being that walks this earth. So this article is correct in saying,
"Not only is that not supported by any facts, it is based on one of the most political and divisive issues in America today."
Not only are they causing a bigger rife between the pro-choice and anti-choice movement, but they are attempting to upset a group of people who've experienced great oppression in the past.

The whole thing is just stupid in general. Do they even know how many "black" babies there are up for adoption and or in foster care in America?

Oh they know, but who cares what happens to them, like any other race living in orphanages, group homes, and foster care, they just don't give a sh!t once they are born.

Yet the pro-life people deny it and claim they care about the children with no homes and no familes. All they care about is how many people are born because then they can send them off to fight in the war and die.
